Aaron M. Cohen, Esq. serves as Board Treasurer of Healing Alliance Foundation. He is the principal attorney of AMC Defense Law, a Boca Raton-based firm devoted exclusively to federal and state criminal defense, with more than 30 years representing clients nationwide. His practice concentrates on white-collar and healthcare-fraud matters, including wire fraud, money laundering, and federal drug and firearms charges, alongside a range of state felony defense. He is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia, and before numerous federal district courts including the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. A longtime Delray Beach resident, Cohen has also chaired a Florida nonprofit that monitors USDA food programs for educational institutions and has advised elected officials on public policy and legal strategy. He brings that combination of legal, financial, and community-governance experience to his treasurer role on the Foundation's board.
